Winemaking Tools: Founding of Vintuitive Winemaking Tools, LLC

LOTUS is a revolutionary pumpover head, used in the making of red wine, that Alex Mitchell (of York Machine Works) and I invented together. 

We have since refined and expanded on the idea, in addition to creating other innovative winemaking tools, like a venturi specifically for winemaking that disassembles for thorough cleaning.
